The first part of the recruiting process is only emails, the recruiter will only communicate via emails. The second part is the interviewing, which are all behavioral questions. Be prepared to use the STAR method to answer. They only care about the costumers. Employees are just numbers.

Tell us a time when you have to go above and beyond for a costumer?
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
