The reason I am taking efforts to write this review is because of horrible experience I had of interviewing with this company and I want to warn any people who might be considering of applying here. First I got call from their recruiter, she interviewed me and setup interview with the Director of the department that was hiring. On the day of interview the director called me 15 minutes late! and then did not even apologize.Interview went well and we moved on to the next step in the interview. Then two days later the Project Manager(hiring manager for this position) called me. He also called me 10 minutes late...can you believe that! He was an Indian guy with thick accent(I am tempted to put his name here but I will avoid)...I don't have problem with accent except that I could not understand anything he was saying for first 5 minutes. I had to keep asking him to repeat the question. I don't understand how such poor communicators becomes managers at so called reputed companies. As the interview progressed I realized that the guy was extremely arrogant too. Then and there I had made up my mind that even if they offer me a job I will decline it. The icing on the cake was that after this interview I did not hear back from them for a week and then the recruiter called me and asked me if I had heard back anything...I was surprised with this question because she is the recruiter and she is supposed to know. Anyways since then I did not hear back from any of them and I am happy about it.
Clearly this team has no consideration for other peoples time and they are arrogant. Looks like they are filled with bunch of bozos who are running the show! They are probably looking for more people like themselves!
