I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2014
Interview
One phone screen with recruiter, then one in-person interview with four different people (each was 1:1). Easy questions, nice enough people. Dress up in a suit and tie (it matters here). Process took a long time because I was phone screened before the holidays and didn't get to interview in person until weeks later
It was a in person interview the process was smooth and it was a great interview if you are experienced just make sure you know your current company's work very well
First round- digital hirevue interview - multiple re-record was allowed
Almost 6 questions were there !
1) You are handed a task with little guidance from your manager and some information from stakeholders. This is due in a short time period and unfortunately the manager is unavailable for questions how would you handle this situation .
2) Please provide a brief example of an innovation you are proud of and the impact it had on the organization
Second round - excel assessment, went to the office to give the assessment. There were 2 questions.
