Interview
The interview process started with an invitation to apply for the role from my professors. The invitation is extended to students who excelled in the coursework. I had to write an essay about why I was a good fit for the role. I also had to complete several training courses and a security screening.

There weren't interview questions in the traditional sense. You had to already be a top student, then an offer to apply to the role is extended to interested students. If you think you might be a good fit for a peer mentor role, you can also inquire about the position with your professors.
