Interview
The interview was quite demanding and they were looking for someone with large projects experience. Apanel of senior engineers did a detailed technical interview, probing into myexpertise, past projects, and problem-solving approaches.

Describe a challenging structural engineering project you have worked on. What were the main challenges, and how did you address them?
The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.

First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.
