Luego, si se selecciona, se realiza una entrevista con Recursos Humanos (RH) para evaluar habilidades blandas, motivación y alineación cultural. Después, suele haber una entrevista con el manager o responsable del área, en la que se profundiza en la experiencia del candidato y su adecuación al equipo. Finalmente, en la entrevista técnica, se evalúan los conocimientos específicos requeridos para el puesto mediante preguntas o pruebas prácticas.

Waited for nearly 2 hours. Interview last for 30 mins. Interviewer asked everything in depth. Questions are really good. It will be helpful for other interview. Be prepared to explain every answer which you are trying to convey.
