I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Apr 2014
Interview
Over the phone, very nice and formal. The person could tell that I was a little nervous and helped me ease through the process. The pacing was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Asked me for any questions I may have, made sure to confirm a check up on me, regardless if i got the job or not.
First interview with manager
Then, I had 3 panel interviews
For each panel i had full 30min interview
Interviewees were professional and friendly
It was intense but i enjoyed the conversation
First a Hireview, then a real interview. They have a pretty fast pace so all took about 2 weeks. They are very clear about the timing of the intern and the salary you will get.
I would like to share my positive feedback regarding the HireVue interview process. The setup was highly professional and well-organized. The inclusion of practice attempts was particularly helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, I am very pleased with the process.
