Video interview on hirevue - recording videos with answers to the most common interview questions, why do you want to work here etc. Talking to a phone and recording timed videos is a difficult experience, I would prefer real interactions.
Very friendly and focused on behavioral questions. It was a lot less stressful than what I had expected and we finished on time for a couple minutes for me to ask some questions to them.
