I applied at Linkedin and got interview scheduled the same day. 1 hour long - they asked about your experience and how you worked in your previous companies. Long and some questions were reduntant, neutral experience. Then after few recruitment tasks (4h time limit) I was scheduled a technical interview. It took 1h 30m and I talked about the recruitment tasks, some technical questions and live coding for similar tasks. Like why would you want live coding for something you already completed? Because of that we clearly run out of time and we had to rush the process. Negative experience Then 1h meeting with a team representative and developer, talking about project and my availability to work on specific project. Positive experience, It all took 3 weeks and on the 4th week I got rejected. They provided option to request feedback and additional info from my process. But despite asking for it, they went silent and I didn't get a single bit of info of why I was rejected or how I performed
