I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Avaya (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone interview and then a physical interview with a power point presentation. The contact was very friendly. I went to the second stage of the process, that is a power point presentation. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me but the recruiter was kind enough to call me by phone in order to let me know what my weak point happened to be and encouraged me to work on them. He also encouraged me to keep applying for other positions at Avaya. It was a good experience.

Question 1
Knowledge about the industry and prior experiences.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avaya (Durham, NC) in Aug 2020
Interview
This was a two part interview where the first section was with a member of the HR hiring team. The follow-up took place about a week later with a panel of four or five managers.
A very easy two-interview process with the hiring manager and another manager. I did pre with some other SE, but it didn't have anything to do with the interview. Then the onboarding person took some time.
