I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aviva (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Invited for a take-home coding test after 2 weeks of application. The take-home exercise was easy for me. In between the coding exercise, they invited me for a Strength-based interview but there were technical rounds as well. The technical round was a surprise for me. This could have been mentioned in the invitation. Strength-based and coding test was pretty easy. Due to an unexpected technical interview, I couldn't answer some of the questions. But there was a little hope that I would clear the rounds. Unfortunately, I was unlucky. The process took 2 months.

Question 1
Dependency Injection, Await operator, validators in c#
Simple process very informal, 1 round and done. Roughly took between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Option of hybrid work too discussed. Really enjoyed, people were very friendly, helpful. Only complaint was very vague on actual roles
