BD Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) interview questions

First round was recorded questions, last one was an 'anything to add?'. We then had virtual presentations of 3 slides and interview questions. On-site interviews were conducted 1 day only and it was 8 (I think?) 2-4 people with specific STAR-like questions. My advice would be to have MANY scenarios in your head because it's hard not to be repetitive in the 8 interviews and they discuss candidates after. Turnaround for acceptance is quick.
