Talked to recruiters at the career fair and was immediately given an on campus interview. On campus interview was with two employees and very short. Was asked to walk them through my resume, and then most of the time was me asking them questions.
Less than 2 weeks later was given an onsite interview. We were not told of how the day would be structured beforehand. Arrived to the hotel, and started the interview process with a "networking" dinner. Immediately after dinner we were put into teams and given case studies to work on. Presented on the case studies first thing the next morning. Then, went through 3 rounds of 45 minute interviews, toured the manufacturing plant, and had an overview of BD. Most of the people I talked to were extremely nice. The program managers made a big deal of saying that we would hear back immediately, and if we were rejected from the program, they would call to tell us that.
Overall experience was fine. However, I decided to rate this negatively because I never heard back (was never formally rejected) and am still unable to reach anyone despite the extensive interview process.
