I applied through an Off Campus drive. A written test with Core Java questions most of them .2 person interviewed me on the technical front. Not too competitive. Average Java questions. After that , there was an HR round. No salary negotiations as such.

They ask you to answer questions with real life situations. You have to remember some professional situations you have had and describe them to them as an answer. It should be easy for you if you have some professional experience (including internships), but it will be challenging if you're completely new.
