The process took about 2 months. I applied online. About 1 month later, I got the first round phone interview with two associates. The first round took about 30 minutes, they did not ask hard questions. Then about another 1 month later, I got the email notifying me to the superday. On superday, I got 5 back to back interviews. All of the interviewers are very nice, making feel comfortable talking to them. That was a Friday, and I got the offer on Monday. Accepted it.
