Very structured, not convoluted, and has manageable number of steps. The questions ranged from people leadership, client management, domain understanding, and technical skills. All interviewers were respectful, professional, and well prepared and asked details about my background and skills.

Great experience, asking for relevant information and samples, had 4 different interviews at different levels to explain my previous experience and approaches to grow and develop a team. Explained about what worked and what didn't work and how I adapted the strategy .
