InterviewI applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Bain Capital (United States)
If you are a college graduate looking for experience with managing dashboards for investors - this is the perfect company for you. The project managers are very young and they are kept that way by 2 senior managers. If you are an experienced project manager and you are attending for the interview, keep in mind this interview is purely to know what are the best practices in the industry. You will not be attending an interview but giving a free consultation on how external companies are doing their best practices. I attend the interview which was more on 1. What are the program management templates that can be used to show senior management on status 2. How the infrastructure and cloud computing are being leveraged in the industry. Mid way in to the interview, I understood that I was over qualified for the job they gave me an impression of . I declined to move ahead right after the interview . I even got a feeling of political dynamics with in the team which gave a hint of power struggle .

InterviewI applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain Capital (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2020
Phone interview, younger member of firm who seemed somewhat full of himself. My experience is that the people there are not the nicest. No offense to Mitt Romney, who seems like a good guy, but in general it seems like there are a lot of individuals at this company who are very into themselves and nothing else.
