I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Baltimore City Public School System (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Principal was a bit ill-informed about my background. Had a unexpected "show me what you got" request with students during interview. Make sure you research the school that you are going to interview for and get multiple opinions. The interview was OK, as a first year teacher you do not know what to expect but there normal job questions were ask and I was asked to present my skills etc. unexpctedly

Interview
Lasted about 20 minutes. First interview was with the teacher lead. The second interview was with two assistant principals and the teacher lead. It felt more like a casual conversation getting to know everyone.
I applied online. I interviewed at Baltimore City Public School System
Interview
I was unable to get through the system because the hiring process took so long. I found another school system without as long of a wait. This seemed like a meaningful role and opportunity though to make a difference where needed.

Interview
The first interview was with a curriculum department, which was relatively painless if you have experience. The next round was interviewing with the possible school locations. This was more challenging depending on the number of interviewees.
