I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online, submitted my resume, and immediately after took a personality test. I was contacted by HR at first, and I was asked a few questions about my availability, work experience, goals, and the information on my resume. I had one interview in the financial center I would be working in with the manager and assistant manager. I arrived about an hour early, and the interview went very well. Very friendly, very professional, and very detailed.
Met a bank manager and had a formal interview. Was pretty simple interview and went well. However, my first interview for relationship banker was bad. One of the questions asked "What do you think you're better at than me?" Truly worst question I've been asked in an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Newark, DE) in Oct 2024
Interview
During the interview process the managers made me feel comfortable and confident. The only par that was a little nerve racking was when I was asked to role play a call ask if I was speaking with a client.
