Had an impromptu phone interview with the recruiter for the Boynton Beach hospital 3 days after applying. The recruiter seemed very friendly and informative and made the possibility of getting an offer after interviewing with the hiring manager likely and worthwhile. HOWEVER...once it got time to discuss compensation she very much low balled about $2-3 offering $23.28/hr. I declined to move forward with an interview as their budget seems very small for an MSW with 5 years exp.
