lange procedure in totaal 3 maanden 5 x op gesprek geweest, met 5 verschillende personen gesproken van 5 verschillende afdelingen. Ieder x hetzelfde uitleggen geven ogenblik had ik er schoon genoeg van en heb ik gezegd take it or leave it, toen eindelijk over de brug gekomen.
Se evalúa la capacidad del candidato para resolver casos prácticos con aplicaciones en el día a día de la posición a la que se aplica. Se trata de mostrar el desarrollo lógico del candidato para enfrentarse a problemas y situaciones del día a día y así, hacer ver si hay materia prima con la que trabajar en BSC.

Great process. Presentation task with enough direction and time to complete. Friendly panel and put me at ease very quickly. Prompt response following first round of interview. HR were supportive and facilitating.
