The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Boston Scientific
Interview
Initial recruiter call was relaxed. Second round of interviews nearly a month later. Consisted of senior manager and two other similar roles. All were nice and described the role well. Third round another month later. On-site all day to view faculty and shadow similar role. Met with hiring manager afterward. Very rude and basically acted like the shadow was a test and I should’ve acted a leader during the 8 hour unpaid workday. One person turned a great experience bad. Withdrew from the role in person as I couldn’t imagine working with someone of his stature.

Question 1
Why was I told you seemed overwhelmed during the site visit today?
The interview process was compose of two part. The first ome was a HR interview, very nice and easy going interview. The second interview a little more technical but not difficult.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Arden Hills, MN) in Dec 2023
Interview
Process was very quick response after application.
Easily set up time frame, and was given time to speak, did not feel rushed at all.
Interview was through teams, and it was a panel not 1 on 1.
Interview was 3 individual 1-1 then a panel of 4 heads. Your typical STAR behavior based questions. Something slight. They were stretching a bit with some of the follow up questions but it was ok. Not too bad
