Was also given a list of tasks- most companies do a phone interview and then 1 or 2 in person interviews but was told the entire process at Brightedge consists of 6 or 7 steps- multiple phone interviews with different levels of management, written tests, a webcam presentation and in person interviews. I understand they want the best people, but with the negative reviews that the company has been getting is it necessary to have such a strenuous interview process? Plus, the recruiter changed their mind and never ended up calling me after we set up a time, which prompted me to check out what glassdoor had to say.
