Informal and easy. A quick phone call with a the guy working up front. Called me in and we sat down and talked. He gave me an offer at the end. Very friendly.

First interviewer didn't pay much attention when I spoke. Kept asking things I already covered. I"m assuming my experience earned me the second interview. About a week later I'm offered the second interview. This manager was over 30 minutes late to meet with me, was under the influence of something. Sat there quite absent minded paying even less attention than my first interviewer

first interviewer asked me to tell him about myself, then proceeded to not listen. I would have preferred the generic pre-fab questions. Second interviewer asked about my availability.
Fast loud great patient understanding easy & comfortable. Very talkative nice outspoken delighted to learn interested in achievement was asked about what I’m good at what are my long term goals
