Applied online.
First step: I was asked to complete a Psychometric/behavioural quiz online.
Second step: Phone interview with HR rep
Third step: Online call centre simulation test
Fourth step: Video interview with 2 team leaders.
The interview seemed like a cookie cutter approach, no interest into who the applicant was personally.
After taking the time to complete all of these tests and interviews ( about 2 hours in total) I haven’t heard anything back after the final interview. An email would have been nice.
