Burgess Group interview questions

I was recommended internally (via HealthEdge). Process took around 2 weeks. Talent Acquisition contacted me for a very fast phone screen that asked questions to ensure I had experience doing the job. Second interview was a phone call with a Sr. PM. Third interview was a panel video chat with same Sr. PM and two other PMs. Fourth interview was with a technical expert and fifth interview was with the department head. All interviews went well. All people were kind and asked thoughtful questions. Everyone did ask the same two questions: 1) Do you have a PMP cert, or would you like to get one?, and 2) How would you deal with an unhappy client?

They gave me an assignment through email. Elementary assignment for an experienced professional. Sent it back completed the same day. I waited for a month for them to give me a feeback. I wrote several times to HR and didn’t received any response. At the end they just told me that they reviewed the assignment (after I sent to them an additional email requesting a feedback). Their overall process was not serious.
