Recruiter reached out to me and did a phone interview with them was told they was gonna send my application to the hiring manager don’t know if they did. Weeks have gone by and not word from the recruiter. Ghosted

Burns & McDonnell typically bring people in as contingent employees (meaning they are contracted though a hiring agency). The hiring agency found my resume online and reach out to me. After interviewing with the hiring agency and talking about what type of position I was looking for they thought I would be a good fit for BMcD. My only interview with Burns and McDonnell (BMcD) was a one-on-one with who was going to be my direct supervisor. The interview lasted an hour and a half and it was pretty straight forward type of interview.
