Interview
The interview process included making a 10-15 minute long presentation about myself and my experience, followed by a 45 minute long interview. I was then taken to get lunch with the team to be able to ask questions to them in a more casual setting.

Name a time when you made a mistake and how did you fix it?
Good and straightforward, they didn't have much of a reaction during the interview. In heavy industrial engineering, "no reaction" often means "no objections." Silence during the interview and throughout the process.
Panel Interview followed by one on one. The interview process typically involves a phone screening, followed by in-person interviews. Candidates may be asked about technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit, with assessments or case studies.
