The interview process was taking too long to select the candidates. After each round, the candidates have to wait for many days to hear about the result and also about the next round of interviews.

Applied through LinkedIn. Received a call from HR within a week and the interview was scheduled. The process was fine but the HR didn't bother to inform back if selected or not.
