Phone interview first, ask general questions, such as how to deal with the conflict, asked the experiences your have, asked if you have friend in CIBC
Site interview second, ask work related questions, product in bank, what is the features of them, what is the metric

2. Hiring Manager Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON)
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. One interview, which was a technical test. Another round with the hiring manager, and a final round of interviews with executives. The technical questions were quite detailed and difficult.
Good and lot of sql questions. Generic behavioural questions and stakeholder management , prioritization of tasks and situational questions were asked.
