      Field Marketing Manager Interview

      Aug 11, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at California Casualty (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

Way too long of a process. Multiple interviews spanning months. Same questions asked over and over again. Very poor communication and company left me hanging for weeks in between the next steps.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Moral dilemma questions mostly irrelevant to a sales position.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at California Casualty (Leawood, KS)

      Interview

When you read the reviews that the interview process is very in-depth, this is extremely true. Overall, the interview process took close to two months for final offer. Starting with a general HR phone interview, personality assessment, reference check by 5 different employers, followed by another in-depth behavioral question type of phone interview, mine was with two different managers. Then I had a panel interview in person with three different people, similar behavioral questions. You will be expected to give exact details so be prepared. After this there was background check and an offer was made. I enjoyed the process it was very detailed however as far as I can tell the company is obviously looking to hire people who are going to stick around long term and build their career here so they don’t want you to waste their time. Very thankful for my offer!

      Field Marketing Manager Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Saint Louis, MO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at California Casualty (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2016

      Interview

This is by far the most in depth and through interview you will ever go through. Two over the phone interviews, a panel interview, a one on one interview, follow up interview with HR. As others have stated it is very intense as far as being advanced to the next stage. Knowing the company, I completely understand and it is worth the 4 week process to be part of an exciting organization!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

All STAR method questions. If you are familiar with STAR, then the interview should be fairly smooth.
