I interviewed at Campus Advantage

Interview

It was laid back but still very tedious when it came time for the company to ask me questions. The overall interview lasted about 45 minutes between both the interviewer and myself asking questions.

Interview

After a great phone interview, I met with HR Director. She did not ask a lot of questions and I felt like I had to drive the conversation. It was somewhat disappointing after the great phone interview.

Very straightforward interview, tell me about yourself, tell me about a time when you had to deal with an angry customer. Mostly discussed the position versus a formal interview, talked about duties and ability to do those things

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Campus Advantage (Orlando, FL)

Interview

I was called for an interview a couple of days after submitting my application. The interview was okay. Some generic questions on managerial style, leasing experience, how to interact with college students, salary requirement and etc. informed me they would get back to me by the end of the week in their decision....never received a call back or an email at least letting me know whether I did or did not receive the position. I think it’s important to always let people know where they stand. Just part of being courteous and professional.
