Canon Business Process Services interview questions

They reached out to me on LinkedIn about an opportunity. I did 5 interviews via phone/Teams over a 2 week period and then I was ghosted. Before I was ghosted, I was told to expect an in-person interview within the next 3 days and be prepared to travel. Dead silence. I followed up via email and phone to which I heard from no one. Finally, two weeks later, I got an email that they had selected a different candidate. Long process and a lot of interviews with great communication and then silence and I wasted a lot of time for a short email saying no. Very lacking in communication and interview questions.
