Capcom Operations Associate interview questions

The interview lasted 1.5 hours - I met with 3 different people (30 min slots). The individuals I met during the process were extremely nice and encouraging. However, one of the employees had to leave our session a couple of minutes after meeting me. There was a slight language barrier, so it was difficult to have a discussion about myself and the position in the few minutes that we had. They are not willing to work with you on compensation and there is no opportunity for growth.
