Capcom Production Manager interview questions

I was reached out to by a headhunter saying that they thought it was a perfect fit, only to be turned down very quickly due to lack of experience. I understand that this is more on the headhunter than the company, but it was still disappointing to not have more direct contact since I did meet the skill set they were looking for.
