Interview
They asked basic questions and were very friendly. It was not intimidating. First part of the process is a phone interview. If they like what they here then they call you in to thier worksite. I was only asked three questions then rushed to HR to start filling out the paperwork. I had a job offer letter in the mail 48 hours later.

What do you do when you face a problem with a co worker?
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
