      Technical Specialist Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Chennai) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Extremely Unprofessional Hiring Process – Complete Waste of Candidate Time I recently went through the interview process with this company and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I attended four rounds of interviews — two technical rounds, one client round, and one HR discussion. Each round took more than an hour, and I invested a significant amount of time preparing and participating. After the final HR discussion, I was asked to submit several documents, which usually indicates that the process is moving toward an offer stage. I promptly shared all the requested documents. However, after that, the company completely stopped responding. There was no update, no rejection, no explanation. I tried reaching out multiple times for a status update, but received no response at all. Ghosting candidates after making them go through multiple lengthy rounds and collecting documents is highly unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates’ time and effort. A basic level of professionalism would be to communicate the outcome, even if the decision is negative. Unfortunately, that courtesy was not extended. Advice to management: Respect candidates’ time. If someone goes through several rounds and shares documents, the least you can do is provide a proper update instead of disappearing without any communication.
