      Three Step interview 1: informational phone call reviews roles, company vision, recruit interest, etc. 2. formal interview basic interview questions. 3. panel interview + presentation panel of 2 about 8-10 questions not including presentation questions and follow ups.

      Question 1

      Everyone has made some poor decisions or has done something that just did not turn out right. Give an example of when this happened to you. What did you learn? What would you do differently? Tell me about a time when you delegated a complex project effectively. What were your personnel and resource constraints? Tell me about the most difficult challenge you have faced in getting others to follow your lead in completing an assignment. What obstacles arose? How did you deal with them?
