CivicPlus Software Engineer I (.NET) interview questions

Applied and had first interview a week later. A week goes by and hear nothing. Send an email but got no response. Another week goes by and hear nothing. Send another email and was told that the hiring manager was out of the office for another week an a half and will hear from them later that week. Waited until later that week and sent an email. Heard nothin back. Very unsatisfactory for a company to completely ghost a potential candidate like that.
