The interview process at Co-op was straightforward and professional. First, I received an invitation to attend the interview after submitting my application. The interview was friendly and focused on my skills, experience, and how I would handle different customer service situations. I was asked some scenario-based questions to assess my communication and teamwork abilities. Overall, it was a positive experience where I felt comfortable and able to express myself confidently.

One of the questions they asked me was how I would handle a difficult customer while staying calm and providing good service. They wanted to see how I manage pressure and keep a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.
Sent my CV in after an ad on indeed. Sit down interview in back of store. Not too formal. Spoke to the manager of the store and was asked interview questions.
It was calm they explained everything to me. It lasted to 30 minutes. I was interviewed by two people. Just be calm and gather thoughts don’t rush to answer the 5 value question
