I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op (Macclesfield, England) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was of standard procedure and questions asked were available on the portal for preparation before-hand which came in handy when preparing. When I asked about when I could hear back, I was given a date, however, I had to get in touch with them a few times to hear back as they kept delaying.
