Simple interview but it was tedious. Self-important hr and hiring teams that make the interview process way too long and tedious while acting like the work they do is rocket science. Also, offering the same starting salary with no room for negotiation in the name of equality is a lazy and anti-meritocracy. there's no need to worry about claims of racism and sexism if you can just be better at discerning talent
