Incredibly disappointing and disorganized. After 5 interviews the HR Recruiter told me she was preparing good news for me. Then she requested a phone call, only to tell me I did NOT get the job. Complete waste of time. Horrible experience that spanned about 2+ months. I was told I didn't have a specific degree. Which was never specified during the screening process, no asked during any of the 5 interviews!! I was dismayed, truly. The HR manager got involved and tried to escalate the issue. It was an entire draining ordeal. Only to walk away without the job. To add insult to injury - the job posting closed unfilled "due to changing organizational needs". Then a couple weeks later it opened up again MINUS the specific degree criteria that was supposedly the reason I did not get the job. ALL I am saying is BEWARE of the process. 5 interviews and an acknowledgement that they're "prepping good news for you" means very little.
