Phone screen and face to face interview. I received the phone screen inviting email. It took about 30 min. After 2 weeks of phone screen, I got the invitation email for the face to face interview.

First there was a HR phone call screening. One interview by generalist HR person. Then three interviews, including the hiring manager and two other people from the team. Called back with another final follow up interview. Then they asked for references.
