Interview
The interview process began with a recruiter calling and leaving a message on my voicemail. I interviewed with the corporate recruiter, then the hiring manager (vice president, my boss now), the executive VP, and finally, the president and COO. The interviews were behavior-based, thorough, conversational, comfortable and specific to the job. They were handled through Skype and then I was flown to our corporate office for face-to-face interviews with the HR manager, my boss VP of strategic accounts, the exec VP and the president and COO. I felt very comfortable with all the interviews and I felt they were genuinely interested in the knowledge I could bring to the company. Best decision I've ever made.
