I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
There was a resume drop through my university and then one 30 minute behavioral focused on my past experiences. No technical questions asked. Overall, very transparent process, and the interviewers were really nice and helpful.

Question 1
Why Comcast? What did you learn from your last internship?
Three rounds of interviews. Including HR and then two serious ones. One was with direct manager. Other with director. In general they just asked me questions about my expertise in the industry. I knew a lot about advertising and that helped
First a phone call interview, then a video interview with 2 separate managers, then a group interview with other candidates. Overall the process was not horrible but I recommend you do your research about the company and its competitors first and use the STAR method for your responses.
