Application, Assessment online 45 mins,Phone interview, 3-4 interviews after that. Interview process was great it’s a lot of star method questions. Phone interview was with a very nice lady who asked you several star method questions. The one on one interview was the same thing several situational /behavioral questions about customer service. Just know different situations where u have dealt with customers that were angry or didn’t have the finances to keep Comcast .

The interview is a behavioral based interview that focuses on scenarios and responses on how to manage under pressure. Most scenarios focus on providing good customer service and working to resolution.

Online, structured with questions. Approximate time thirty to forty minutes. A series of approximately ten questions with time for follow up. Interviewer was pleasant and the questions were what I expected.

Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
