talked to recruiter at career fair, followed up, had an on campus interview a few weeks later, mostly behavioral questions. Then was followed up with to see which area would be the best fit.

How do you deal with unclear situations or little guidance from a employer?
Good interview experience! The first round was a self service virtual interview where there were question prompts and you would send video answers and could go re-record and go at your own pace. I heard if I got to the second round 3 weeks after. The second round was with the manager of communications and it lasted about 35 minutes. There were a lot of questions about why I wanted to work at Comcast and past experience I had and why it was meaningful to me. I heard back in 2 days to move to the third round of interviews with both the manager of communications and the Vice President of Communications. The third round was a "company fit" type of interview where they asked about projects I worked on and what interest me. I waited two weeks to hear back an offer for the role. This was also for the Summer 2025 Program and took place fall semester of 2024.
