There were three to four interviews - phone screen with recruiter, a panel with managers generally two to four, finishing up the senior director and a human resource business partner

Panel interview with multiple rounds up the chain. It all depends on what job you are applying for. For a front line it could be just 1-2 interviews, for a supervisor it could be 3-6. Some are with HR involved, and some are not.
