I applied for the Inbound Sales position, and used a current employee of Comcast as a reference. I applied on Sunday evening, first thing Monday morning I received a call from a recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview. The phone screen was simple, situational questions...i was then asked to complete a test that was done online and if i passed, i would hear back to schedule a 1:1 interview. 4 days later I got a call to schedule my 1:1! Went to the 1:1, met with two supervisors in a board room and it was very relaxed. They told me they would have a decision in a week, but they called me that night and offered me the job.

Everything is virtual as well as your psi test, everything is very simple and straight forward. There are aspects online as well as through text message. This was the most simple interview process I have gone through.

Very thorough and worked with my schedule. I didn’t have a lot of flexibility in my schedule, but they found time to get me in for a face to face interview.
